Your role at CSI

CSI offers opportunities in various roles and at different experience levels. We will help shape your career by ensuring your professional growth, according to your interests, skills and drive.

You will enjoy a large share of responsibilities from day one and will be part of a team led by a seasoned professional and a Partner. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to all client management levels.

Some of our projects last up to 1 to 2 years. In those cases, we operate in a marathon rather than sprint modus. We always closely manage lifestyle and stay in sync with our client’s skill absorption and change speed. Working with us will give you the opportunity to travel as suits you, as we have both domestic and international clients.

We support your career development to the fullest. More junior people will learn from our experienced team of consultants. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles or specialise in a certain domain. Eventually, you have the possibility to run for partner if that is what you aim for. We have a thorough coaching and evaluation process, and no “up-or-out” policy. If you enjoy yourself, you are welcome to keep any role you like.
