Your CSI team may consist of 1-3 more junior CSI colleagues that you will guide, leverage and coach. You are their direct line responsible
You will be supported by one of our (Associate) Partners. Although they have their own responsibility, it will also be your responsibility to involve them appropriately.
Important aspects of your work will include:
Develop the detailed approach and workplan for your project in collaboration with the client
Lead the different tasks throughout the subsequent project phases, select, train and coach project team members, leverage and develop (y)our own expertise and that of (y)our network, all the way up to delivering actual impact
Ensure appropriate application of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six sigma or Agile techniques, organisational redesign techniques and full scale of change- and project management tools
Manage budgets
Typical activities you will perform and/or supervise include: day to day coaching of the client- and CSI team members, assisting and guiding C-suite of the client in their decisions and activities. Setting the direction of the project, defining and managing the workstreams that compose it, preparing-participating-leading workshops, conducting research, leading the problem solving on issues, supervising the development of simulation models, organising and quality proofing of presentations, guiding the implementation of recommendations
You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to CSI. You will receive excellent training and day-to-day coaching from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.
You come up with ideas and contribute to the further development and shaping of CSI BC itself.
While you gain experience as a project manager and grow your leadership skills and your network, you may gradually assume wider responsibilities. This can be in terms of larger or more complex projects and/or development (and recognition) in a relevant area of specialisation. We have a thorough coaching and evaluation process, but no “up-or-out” policy. If you enjoy yourself and you add value to our clients and CSI, you are welcome to keep any role you like. In the longer run, you could run for partner, based on the contributions to our business.

Requirements and qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree and an outstanding academic record
You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a top tier consulting firm, or similar experience while working in the industry.
Proven leadership and change management skills in a professional setting
Hands-on experience in -and an affinity with- operations and a highly successful track record in project- and impact delivery and in effective (Operational Excellence, Lean and/or Six Sigma driven) change implementation
You are able to work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
You enjoy solving difficult multidimensional issues with the help of your team, and demonstrate the leadership, the perseverance, the patience and agility to adapt theory to practice with all its constraints.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to engage with all levels in the organisation
You possess an exceptional mix of passion, energy and entrepreneurship, and you like team work.
You combine razor sharp analytical skills with a genuine interest in people and excellent communication skills.
We need candidates fluent in English besides French and/or Dutch.
