Meet Niels
In CSI, I have found an employer that brings me the challenge of being simultaneously exposed to complex problems, multiple industries and diverse work cultures. I love that we don’t just bring ideas, but also help implement them.
But what makes CSI stand out the most for me, is its ‘down to earth’ attitude, which already triggered me during the recruiting process. There is no elitism or ‘being better than you’ attitude. CSI is just a group of highly competent people who, together with our clients, strive to deliver top-notch value through hard and collaborative work.
I have had a lot of fun since joining CSI. I gained many new skills, have been able to work (and consequentially also run, cycle, hike) in several parts of Europe, and succeeded to achieve real impact.
CSI has allowed me to make mistakes and to grow as a person. This is supported by the flexible environment, where I can arrange my own work and hence find a healthy work-life balance.
When working abroad, our consultants get to create their own experience. Some want to find a good way to combine international work with family life, others prefer to explore the local culture, nature and sports as intensively as possible, adding a bonus to their experience.
