Any organisation is composed of 5 basic dimensions :

1. The Customers setting the demand & enjoying the product or service
2. The Processes and Tools the organisation uses to produce the product or service
3. The people (with their skills) who man these processes
4. The culture of the company that is reflected in people’s Behaviour
5. The Management Systems that manage all the above

When we analyse and solve problems, we take all dimensions into account to make sure all proposed changes work together and strengthen each other. Omitting even only one dimension, jeopardises successful change.
